Licensing
Are you interested in becoming a Licensed Minister with the UPCI? You can start your application here. Simply watch the videos and follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1
As a licensed minister, the applicant should log in to wa.upci.org to initiate the application.
Step 2
Applicant should complete the application and upload all required documents. Upon completing step 1 in wa.upci.org, the applicant should be redirected to a new page to complete the digital application. You may save and continue later. Upon completion, digitally sign and submit the application.
Step 3
Applicant is required to complete payment. Upon submission, the applicant will receive another email with a link to complete payment. All applicants pay a $25 fee. Active UPCI ministers are not required to pre-pay one-quarter of annual dues. This fee can be paid by credit card.
Step 4
The pastor or sponsor will review application. After pastor or sponsor approval, the application will go to the North Central Jersey District office for review and approval, and subsequently to UPCI World Headquarters for review and approval.
Safe Church
SafeChurch UPCI is an initiative of the United Pentecostal Church International that has been under development since September 2021. It is designed to provide training and resources to prevent abuse in church, and to minister to victims of abuse. These resources are intended to support churches in developing appropriate policies and procedures that will protect, guide, and create a culture of safety.
